Experience was great, but the admin staff not so much. While friendly, this practice's policy of sending a text that says they will automatically cancel your appointment if they don't hear from you before 4pm ON THE DAY OF THE TEXT is ridiculous. The text itself says that you have to cancel within 48 hours, so it makes NO sense that they give you what amounts to less than 8 hours.

I appreciate everyone’s friendliness and Dr Rodriquez’s cheerful nature. I appreciated that he was unhurried in this my first visit and got to know me. He carefully explained his observations and recommendations.
The hygienist was a bit rough with the floss and was hurting my gums. When I asked her to be more gentle, she was.
